Enter Sanctuary, a world of disorder and chaos as the mighty Diablo has been raised again. But wait...you've heard that all before, right? Think again. In this runaround, there's only three options - Fight, Flight, or Plight as your enemies work harder to defeat you, with new abilities to help protect the Prime Evils.
But on the flip side, you have new equipment to help battle your stronger foes, and have new talents learned. Deciding its not enough, you can also get a second, or third, or fourth job in addition to your questing and whatnot. The Horadrim are also on your side, granting the cube a new ability - Cube Level. Rare items are made here.

Here are some new features of the mod
Skill
Skills have been totally redone. Useless skills have been changed, improved or synergized.
New skills such as Bloody Brocade, Zombie Wall, Sub-Zero, Comet Strike and Spiritbloom.
Rebalanced skills. Melee does high damage, Ranged does medium damage and magic does light damage
Character
Maximum level cap has been raised to 150.

4 new dungeons as of September 24th: Faith Cathedral (wip), Fire Maggot Lair, Circle of Elements, and the Caves.
Existing areas have been repopulated
Existing areas can spawn up to 10 different monsters at once
Redid density rate for less mobs
Balance
Melee does most damage, Ranged does middle, and Magic does light damage
Treasure is hard to find, but more powerful
Monsters have new abilities such as Meteor and Blaze.
Hirelings have new abilities and are not quite as powerful
Vendors do not sell potions, you must find them in the field.
Misc
Potions are now named differently and come in 3 tiers instead of 5.
