This mod fixes radioactive rain problem

ALTHOUGH THE COMMENTS ARE STILL DISABLED YOU CAN USE THE COMMENTS TOPIC IN THE DISCUSSION SECTION

IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE RAIN NOT PASS THROUGH BUILDING, NO, I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, IT WAS THE SAME IN OBLIVION AND MORROWIND, WHICH WERE BEEN MADE BY BETHESDA ITSELF.

NOTE:IF YOU WANT TO DISABLE THE RADIOACTIVE PLUGIN MOD, YOU HAVE TO DO THIS
1)(with the plugin still activated)WAIT FOR RAIN TO END AND THEN CURE ALL YOUR RADIATION
2)SAVE AND QUIT
3)DISABLE THE PLUGIN
THIS METHOD WILL AVOID MOST OF THE BUGS CAUSED BY THE PLUGIN

What's new in version 1.1

1)Rewritten to use scripted weather changes instead of Game Engine ones, now rain and sun will alternate better, the period the rain or the sun lasts is randomized and it can be between 2 hour and 2 days for rain and 4 hours and 4 days for sun
2)Removed any incompatibility by removing all original fallout modifies, now all features are added to the game cleanly, no incompatibilities guaranteed!
3)Rain applied to all worldspaces from vanilla games DLCs and mods old, new or upcoming; removed Rain in the Pitt Plugin because it's now useless
4)Made textures higher res for rain and better for clouds
5)Made pitch black nights better
6)Increased number of raindrops to fit the new rain texture.

REQUIRED FILES: Fallout3.esm

This mod adds rain and snow to Fallout.


It is made of:

Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow.esm (Main needed esm)
This esm manages rain and snow with scripts, it also contains global variable used by other mods to make rain and some weather sounds, it is needed by other esps, and may be used by other modders to base their work upon this.

Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow in Fallout.esp (Needed esp requires Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow.esm)
This esp adds rain and snow to the game with scripts not to conflict with other mods, to make it rains everywhere also in places added by mods and to make it snows only during Winter. (there are two of this esp, one in the main folder, the other in the No Pitch Black Night folder, as you can understand the main folder one has very dark nights, reccomanded if you use HDR, the other hasn't, reccomanded if you use Bloom)

Enhanced Weather - REBOOT.esp (requires Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow.esm and Weather - Rain and Snow in Fallout.esp)
This mod by Gopher adds an item called <REBOOT weather>. When you eat it, you'll hear a loud clap of thunder (just to let you know it's working), and after about 10 seconds the weather should be rebooted and work as normal.

Enhanced Weather - Radioactive Rain Plugin.esp (Optional esp requires Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow.esm)
This mod makes rain from all mods based on the Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow.esm radioactive.
Now updated to use the new system by The Cheshire Cat which handles radiation in a much better way
Note: when you install it, when you start the game, you will be asked if you want to reset your radiation to 0, useful if you experienced the bug from previous versions

Enhanced Weather - Sneak Bonus during Storms (Optional esp requires Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow.esm and Weather - Rain and Snow in Fallout.esp)
This mod add a sneak bonus when there are Storms from Rain and Snow in Fallout.esp

Enhanced Weather - Weather Sounds in Interiors (Optional but highly reccomanded plugin requires Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow.esm) This mod let you hear wind sounds from all vanilla or modded weather, rain and thunder sounds from all mods based on Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow.esm

Higher Performance Lower Quality Sounds package (Optional files)
Reccomanded if you are experiencing FPS losses


When you first load the game with this mod enabled you will receive the Enhanced Weather Settings item in the Items/Aid section of the PipBoy, by using it you will be able to change four parameters: Min Rain and Snow Duration, Max Rain and Snow Duration, Min Not-Rainy Not-Snowy weather duration and Max Not-Rainy Not-Snowy weather duration; the deafults settings are respectively, 2 hours, 2 days, 4 hours, 4 days. By activating that you will be able to test the rain and the snow too.

To Modders, if you want your mod to have the rain, you can already do it, the method to do it is completely changed though, see the Modder's Readme.txt for info

2. COMPATIBILITY/KNOWN ISSUES

COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY MOD

It works best with Fellout by Hattix.
If you want to have only snow use the Snow mod by TaylorSD
If you want to see the rainbow after the rain you should check Enhanced Weather - Rainbows by me

BUGS

When you load a save where there is rain sounds vanish.
If you save during rain with the Radiation Plugin activated, then you disable it and load that savegame, the Geiger counter will stuck on your UI, to fix it you have to enable the radioactive plugin again, wait for rain to start, wait for rain to cease, save, quit and disable the plugin.
